Advanced Financial Accounting was a killer.
Tax planning was whimsically challenging.
Melayu left in the line. Shasha you must be my Cikgu for the next couple of days!

No more Credit Suisse.
But i'm not hard up for it. Especially when the policies are a no go for me. HMPHFF!Utterly ridiculous.

Anw, im going to fill up my holidays with more holidays but with family this time; loads of books to read; exercise and lose 3 kg at least; and to have loads of me time. Looking foward to slacking!

Brother, I'm going to be your new slacking buddy!!

While taking an extended dinner break from studying, Pan rummaged through old photographs in her cupboard and shrieked excitedly ' ser!! I have a photograph of you copying homework!!!' I took a closer look. Indeed, it was me donned in the SNGS uniform, leg swung over my other thigh like a typical unpolished, ill-mannered 14 year old teenage girl, with the other hand holding an SNGS foolscap paper of someone else's handwriting. But of course I was copying homework..what other evidence is there to point out that I wasn't? The look on my face spelled out the tenacity to finish copying the truckload of homework in which I probably owed for several weeks to a month. Worse still, I was the class president at that time. What a role model *singgles*.

Yes, Pan and I laughed our guts out. She said she's going to put this photo up on my wedding day. I said 'yes..then my family will know why I was so lousy in my work'. She retorted' No..they will know how come you did so well!!Because you copied!!!' I love going back to carefree secondary school days and Pan provides me with that memory lane.

I've got to shamelessly admit. The one thing I was focusing the most in the picture was my fat chubby adolescent arm and chunky hand barely clasping the pen right. I became paranoid and wondered whether my arms still looked that flabby. My skin was tanned and baby smooth. I commented' oh man!! my arms and my face look so chubby here!!! Do I still look like this? What was my weight then?'. The moment I uttered that sentence, I felt a sudden sense of regret and disappointment. Why am I getting flustered over such frivolous things now when in the past, I didn't even give two hoots about copying and what's more getting caught in the act by Pan.

You know what? I'm so gonna live like nobody's business from now on. As they say' dance like nobody's watching, love like you've never been hurt...and someone I know added a classic line of his own-'And to fuck like a mega porn star'.....Coz you only live this once'. Right.

I opened the bible in the morning and with all randomness the first glance and message I came across was this-

If you say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and do not doubt in your heart but believe that what you say will happen, it will be done for you. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.-Mark11:22-25

I say You're Amazing.

Pan visited me in Aarhus when I was there on exchange. Though she could only squeeze in a day for me, it spoke volumes with regards to our friendship. Above the money spent, weariness and rush, we dined at my favourite restaurant in Aarhus, tumbled and laughed at the slip down the snowy hills and breathed the air of freshness as we strolled from the beach to central laughing and sharing our experience on exchange. That no matter what, we will always put in the effort to show that extra love and care for each other. *hugs* 9 years and counting!!

Happy too soon. CS MIGHT(90% confident, 10% hopeful) decide not to hire me because i've got a distant cousin working there. In accordance to their anti-nepotism policy.Bummers. Fuck.

Before I entered into SMU, I read that it was compulsory for all students to fulfill a minimum of 10 weeks of internship. I was totally flabbergasted with the idea of working while being students. I mean shouldn't our breaks be one filled with munching sessions with friends, Karaoke splendour and just basically sit at home and 'shake leg'? Are they turning us into corporate slave driving whores?
Look where I am now after 4 years of Smu-sing. I've done like 3 internships so far and my hopefully upcoming one at Credit Suisse (*fingers crossed for tomorrow's interview) will be my 4th. I didn't expect to do so many internships honestly. Guess accidentally leaving the advanced accounting courses to my last was a blessing in disguise. The 3 months of delayed graduation has turned into some form of opportunity that i'm pretty happy about. I'm an internship veteren now man. They should be paying me minimum contract workers' pay! I demand. As if. Anyway, I hope that I will get into the Finance Team and to really get the feel of life in an investment bank. I guess everything will fall into place but a little part of me lurks a wanderlust. I wuna do a Malmo again and date myself. And the fatefully placed strangers.
Wish me luck!

I love my 2 brothers. They have never failed to make my day a wee bit extra special and crazy whenever I'm around them . They have also taken good care of me despite being bullied by them most of them time. *grinz* Thanks for making my time in SMU a pleasant one! A special mention to Jeremy Leem: Happy Birthday to you!! Thanks for always being you you and only you. And don't you ever change that.

Enough of disruptions, late night nothings and greys. I want to study and I want to focus. I am pissed that I'm up so late and I'm behind my time table. I don't think I need all these now.
Happy birthday wishes for the old flame.

God works.

Today was my last presentation for the term. It went better than I had expected. Serah thought we helped to set the benchmark for the class standard.
Thank God for his help and guidance. Really.

Hope I can sustain for the next 2 weeks of hard core mugging and be done with the bloody freaking Exams.

This is what I want for Christmas. A Villeroy and Boch cup. I love it very much...I think I will be very happy just sipping plain water from it.

Anyone of my friends in Europe?-*you hoo!!!* Will be happy if you could get for me...i'll pay!

Such a rough week.

Deadlines edging me to the tip of the cliff...physical and emotional turmoil have brought a closer bonding between Kleenix and I.
My salvation therapy further includes popping of Clarinese, Panadol; Bird's nest, Chrysanthemum Tea; to head towards the nail parlour for a foot scrub and pedicure; and careful indulgence in Belgian chocolates.

On second thoughts, I wonder if I'm really cut out for Platinum. Tomorrow brings answers.

Memories keep you alive
